Welcome to the Kiwanis Club of Scott County, KY

We are an eclectic mix of ages, genders, occupations, backgrounds and interests. We are all passionate about making our community and the world a better place for children so they can thrive. We are devoted to serving the children in our local community and also children all across the country and worldwide through unique and innovative service projects and fundraising initiatives.

There are 2 Kiwanis clubs in Scott County to choose from. The Georgetown Club (Daytime club) sponsors the Scott County Fair, among many other projects and meets at Galvins every Thursday at Noon, and we are the Scott County Club (Night time club) and we meet every 1st & 3rd Thursday at 6:30 PM at the Scott County Library. Our Biggest projects are the Independence Day parade and Fireworks show and our annual Tom Sears Memorial Pancake Breakfast. We fundraise and support many other projects in the Georgetown-Scott County community.

Our Edwin Hall Memorial Scholarship

If you are a High School Senior, enrolled in a High School in Scott County, Our Kiwanis Club would like to help you further your education by giving you $1,500.00 to put toward your college tuition. All you have to do is

1. See your counselor and ask for an application . Or,

2. Download an Application here and turn it in to your High School counselor.
